Yeastie Girlz- FCC

The Yeasties (named in reaction to… you can probably guess) formed in the late 80s in Berkeley, San Francisco. They were a feminist rap trio who only recorded one 7”, but through varying lineups continued to perform from time to time for years later.

This is an acapella rap against radio censoring. It was originally recorded for one specific college radio show but (strangely enough, after being edited) worked its way to other stations’ playlists.
